Sport Psychology Coaching
Confidential
All our sessions are private and confidential.
I work with many elite athletes that have media responsibilities and explicitly want to work outside the public eye. The testimonials on this site are from clients wanting to share their story.
Collaborative
Our coaching relationship is a relationship like no other. It is fun, educational, intimate and hopefully inspirational.
I ask each client to commit to the relationship, the training, and applications we agree upon. We will work together in collaboration to your success.
Impactful
My coaching is progressive and transformative; the most interesting conversation you will ever have about yourself.
My coaching utilises the latest neuroscientific, psychological and social insights to maximise the impact our sessions and integration into your sport.
COMMITTED TO YOUR SUCCESS
I know what it takes to compete at the very top, consistently. I have been an international athlete myself, continue to put myself in the pressure cooker, and have coached numerous elite athletes—including multiple World Champions.
I will use the latest scientific knowledge and proven performance psychological skills from the field, to ensure our sessions are highly effective. Sport psycholgy coaching aims to give athletes the best psychological and coaching support.
✓ Multi-Dimensional Approach
✓ Committed Beyond the Session
My experience shows that the best results come when we can chat briefly in between sessions to refine strategies, share success, and chat at pivotal moments. Performing at your best does not happen by chance, which is why I ask both of us to commit to the partnership.
MY STORY
If we are going to work together, then it is important you know a little about me. In my younger years I was a junior British tennis player, experiencing some of the world best intensive training centres in America and UK—going on to play three world championships before stopping due to injury.
Fascinated by why sometimes we can play out of our skin, in flow, and at other times have to grind it out, I studied sports and performance psychology at postgraduate level; focusing on peak performance and flow within my PhD.
✓ Former athlete
✓ Trained multiple World Champions
Over 20 years of working with elite athletes, I have helped numerous athletes achieve success, recover from injury, rise from motivational lows, and even win World Championships. My work ranges from urgent interventions to career advice. Ultimately, we work together to strengthen your mental skills and design a career and life that you can be proud of.
As an adventurer and current international athlete, I still continue to push my limits and practice performing under pressure. You'll often find me kitesurfing big waves, hiking up—and then skiing down—isolated peaks, on the senior tennis world tour, and on the yoga matt.
LET’S CONNECT!
WHY ME?
Multi-faceted
I have been told that it is difficult to find someone who has experience, and been trained, in counselling, psychology, neuroscience and multiple therapies.
I use a blended approach depending on what is needed and target integrated change through a multi-faceted approach.
Interactive
It is important that when looking to make changes in our lives and optimise what we do, that any interventions are physically engaging—to utilise our embodied cognition.
In our sessions, you may find yourself rock climbing or playing ping pong, juggling eggs or walking around a park. It is important that we practice changes in safe and fun environments before mapping over to your domain.
Multi-faceted
I have also been told that it is difficult to find a coach that has (a) the practical experience of performing at an elite level (in sport and business), (b) the academic and scientific experience and knowledge, and (c) the practical experience of working with others for decades.
In sessions, I certainly draw on my experience as an athlete, parent, scientist, mentor and coach.

FLEXIBLE COMMUNICATIONS
We live in a modern world, which is why many of my clients (especially those living abroad) choose to do our sessions online.
✓ In-Person or Online - You Choose
✓ Mid-Session Catch Ups
My experience shows that the best results come when coaching involves continuous touch points. Our coaching packages will involve infrequent updates between sessions to ensure accountability and continued momentum.
